It looks wonderful right ? But we both know that cost can prove to be a big factor in deciding what you want to achieve. So we made some packages to help you GUIDE your budget. These packages include the costs of installation but can vary depending on the time allowed to set up and down, the logistics and restrictions and general spec of the event. The location and delivery on all events are different too. just to confuse you more so we have found it easier to choose a suitable package for your room and quote the rest tailored to your event.

On top of this … Weddings are run under fabricate weddings and currently VAT free and all other events are under Fabricate Events and VAT is to be added @ 20%.

We base the packages on 3/4 options for weddings and Events and you can add on additional items that vary in amounts such as chair covers, linen, table centre pieces etc. As all events are different. its generally 15% off on complete packages when including table decor and chair covers.

The aim is to get you THE CLIENT - the best package and extra items for your Budget. So we like to add in some freebies depending on what you order.

Weddings: Draping and lighting packages. including set up and removal. inv VAT

it’s a drape and lighting only package for smaller venues or those that require just a touch of Fantastic.

Option 1- £595  [£300 hire / £295 set up and removal

freestanding backdrop / mood lighting x 4 / wall draping 10m  / lights strings 50m

Option 2 - £995. [£500 hire / £495 set up and removal]

Medium freestanding backdrop / mood lights x 8 / Draping 100m / lights strings 100m

Option 3 –£1495  [800 hire / £695 set up and removal]

Large freestanding backdrop / mood lights x 12 / Draping 150m / 150m lights strings or festoon

Weddings: All inclusive decor package [chair covers centre pieces and accessories] . including set up and removal and VAT

Option 1- £795    [£400 hire / £395 set up and removal] 

Small freestanding backdrop drape    mood lights x 4    Draping 50m   light strings 50m

up to 50 chair covers with sash or band.  4 table displays. Top table dressing.                                                                                                                                                             

Option 2 - £1295    [£600 hire / £695 set up and removal

Medium freestanding backdrop drape    mood lights x 8     Draping 100m   light strings 100m

up to 100 chair covers with sash or band.  6 table displays. Top table dressing.                                      

Option 3 – £1895   [£1000 hire / £895 set up and removal]

large freestanding backdrop drape    mood lights x 12     Draping 150m   light strings 150m

up to 150 chair covers with sash or band.  8 table displays. Top table dressing.

Events and Parties: start form £595 / £995 / £1295. and follow the same principle.

Corporate Events: these start from £795 and have no limit as the range is huge.

You can add on items that vary such as Chair covers and Table decor and essential extras as all events are different.
